Insiema is an online application for planning weddings. Creating a wedding is free; individual modules or packages are paid for once. The scope of service follows from the description at the time of booking.

Booked modules remain available until six months after the wedding date (period of use). About one month before the end we remind you by e-mail so you can save photos, the guest book and your lists. On request we extend the period of use. After that the wedding is deactivated and its pages are no longer available.

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

A demo wedding is only for trying Insiema out. It contains made-up sample data, sends no e-mails and is deleted with all its data after 24 hours.

3. Account

You need an account to use Insiema. Keep your access data secret and tell us if you suspect misuse. You can invite helpers (e.g. your best man) and are responsible for their use.

4. Wedding planners

If a wedding is created by a wedding planner, the agreements with them apply in addition. If the wedding planner books the modules, they bill you under their own terms.

If you sign up through a wedding planner's link, you enter into the contract directly with us and pay for your modules with us. A discount agreed with the wedding planner is deducted automatically when you book.

In both cases your wedding planner can see and edit your planning. Vendors they have set for your wedding can only be changed or removed by them.

5. Prices and payment

The prices shown at the time of booking apply, including VAT. Payment is made in advance via our payment provider. A module is unlocked once the payment has been received.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract. Withdrawal can be declared informally by email to yes@insiema.love.

The right of withdrawal expires early if you have expressly agreed that we begin the service before the end of the withdrawal period (unlocking the module) and have confirmed that you are aware that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

7. Your content

You remain the owner of your content (texts, images, photos). You grant us only the rights needed for operation (storing, displaying, sending to the recipients you choose). You may only upload content you hold the rights to and are responsible for your guests’ data.

8. Prohibited use

Unlawful content, spam, spying on other people’s data and interfering with the security of the platform are prohibited. In case of violations we may remove content or block accounts.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Term and deletion

You can have your account deleted at any time. After the period of use we may delete inactive weddings after prior notice by email.

11. Changes

We may change these terms with effect for the future if there is an objective reason. We will inform you by email in good time; services already paid for remain unaffected.

12. Final provisions

Polish law applies. For consumers, the mandatory protective provisions of their country of residence also apply.
